    It opens on how much more active people were once you asked them something, then lets you read the chat behind every minute, replay every result and download the charts.

    Example report for Product training: week 3, with made-up numbers. Session time: 84 minutes. Participants: 9 people. Total interactions: 12 interactions. Total comments: 142 comments. Average comments per minute: 2 comments/min. Peak engagement rate: 7 comments/min. Participants were 2.8 times more active during your interactions. That is 4.5 comments per minute during interactions against 1.6 without. The chat chart shows comments per minute across 30 minutes, colored by the interaction that was running, and a click on a minute opens the chat from around it.     What’s in a StreamAlive report?

    An overview with your engagement lift and the numbers for the session, a chart of comments per minute, a replay of every interaction’s result, shareable images of the results, and your questions, most active commenters and links.

    What is the engagement lift?

    How much more active people were while an interaction was on screen than when there wasn’t one, measured in comments per minute. A lift of 2.8× means people commented 2.8 times as often.

    How do I get my report?

    StreamAlive emails it when you disconnect, and every report stays in the Reports section of your StreamAlive account, with the platform, date and number of comments for each session.

    Can I read what people said at any moment?

    Yes. The chat chart shows comments per minute, colored by the interaction that was running. Click a minute and the chat from that minute opens beside it.

    Can I download the charts?

    Yes. Download the report, or download any result as an image to use in a follow-up email, a post or your next deck.

    Does it track attendance?

    No. StreamAlive is an engagement tool: it shows how much people took part and who was most active, not who attended.
