Frequently asked Spinner Wheel questions
If you are sharing links or looking for QR codes to share with your online audience, then you are doing something wrong :)
The only exception is if you are using our in-person browser-based chat, in which case you will get a QR code and link to share with your audience.
You can customize the Winning Wheel so that only people who have made a certain number of comments can be entered, or you can ask them to type a keyword in the chat if they want to be entered into the prize draw.
If you already have a list of people or items you want to add to a spinner wheel, then you should use StreamAlive’s Choice Circle interaction. You do not need to be in a live session to use Choice Circle as you can just use the preview option and hit spin
